Cabinet Office Freedom of Information request 9

This request was an attempt to establish whether the documents that the Cabinet Office retained concerning the drafting process between 11 and 16 September had been disclosed to the Hutton Inquiry.

The Cabinet Office failed to answer this question. Instead, it asserted that:

"Lord Hutton was given full access to all documents relating to the drafting of the Iraq dossier that the Cabinet Office held."
