Cabinet Office Freedom of Information request #7

This request sought to establish what response Alastair Campbell had made to an emailed note sent to him on 6 September 2002 by John Williams.

The Cabinet Office claimed to have no information as to whether Campbell had responded.

The Information Commissioner considered a complaint about this case and issued a decision notice in January 2006, stating that it was "satisfied that the requested information is not held by the public authority".
